How to I register for a Trade Account?

Email our Sales Team with your details and they can discuss your requirements with you.  From here they can set you up with a Trade Account or refer you for a Garden Designer card with The Plant Centre.

Do I qualify as a wholesale/trade customer?

As a wholesale nursery, we have a minimum spend of £5,000.00 + VAT per order. We deal with companies or individuals who are buying plants as part of their business.

You must also be VAT registered.

If somebody wishes to spend less or isn’t VAT registered, we can open a membership card with The Plant Centre which doesn’t have a minimum spend and offers 20% off retail prices for garden designers for plants selected at The Plant Centre.

Do you have a plant list?

Yes, please email our Sales Team to request our latest availability list.

Do you offer a planting/landscaping service?

Yes, we offer a full planting and landscaping service for all projects.  Please contact a member of our team for further information or to book your site consultation.

Can you source everything on my list?

We will do our very best to as long as the quantities on your list make it cost effective.

As a nursery, we specialise in supplying a wide range of perennials and shrubs and we can also source everything from shrubs, hedging and specimen trees of all varieties.

If you’d like us to look at your requirements, please e-mail your list to the Sales Team and one of the team will respond in due course.

Can I come to the nursery to see the stock?

The nursery is open to registered Trade Customers by appointment only.   However, our retail centre is open to the public 7 days a week.

How much will delivery cost?

Delivery is always charged at cost price, so this entirely depends on the vehicle required, the size of the order and the location.  We will always include delivery costs in your quotations to avoid any surprises!  Please note that the delivery quoted will be for curb-side delivery.  If assistance is required to move the plants into position, then this will be at an additional cost.

Are you able to source rare varieties?

With our expertise and vast range of contacts throughout the UK and Europe, we have the best chance in securing your rarer varieties than anybody else.

How long will it take to put my order together?

If you are collecting from the nursery and selecting from stock items, we can have your order ready the next day following confirmation (subject to time of year).  For more complex lists and for orders being delivered, we require around 2-3 weeks from order confirmation.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, or you can pay via online transfer or cheque.

Do my plants come with a guarantee?

Any plants we provide are, to the best of our knowledge, in a healthy condition.  If you have any complaints these must be addressed within 3 days of receipt accompanied by photographic evidence. After this time, as with all living organisms they may perish due to conditions outside of our control.

How long is my quotation valid?

All quotations are valid for a maximum of 30 days.  If an order is confirmed after 30 days of the quotation being issued, a re-quote will be provided where prices/sizes may vary from the original quotation.
